Confluence Ceremonies donates 5% of our annual income to the MVF

A central foundation of Celebrancy is its care for neighbors. Celebrants see ourselves as directly connected to all those who inhabit our world, and honor their unique contributions to all our lives. Through celebrancy, we actively promote individuals, couples, families, neighborhoods, communities, and all humanity in its pursuit of growth and emotional health. We offer healing ceremonies that bring us together and build strong families and communities. And we contribute in other ways, too.

One way Confluence Ceremonies promotes the vibrancy of the Methow Valley is by giving back to it financially.

Confluence Ceremonies has committed to donate a portion of our proceeds in direct support of one highly deserving local foundation. We have chosen to support the Methow Valley Fund, part of the Community Foundation of North Central Washington.

Since 2006, the Methow Valley Fund has offered grants of up to $5,000 each to local non-profits to address specific needs in health and human services, education, the arts, the environment, and other vital areas of community life.

While MVF casts a wide net, it carefully focuses on worthy projects that both ensure and enhance local life. Its positive impact is palpable and enduring, and its fine work over the years has earned our respect.

“A thing is right when it tends to preserve the integrity, stability, and beauty of the biotic community. It is wrong when it tends otherwise.” –Aldo Leopold, Naturalist

Confluence Ceremonies is pleased to dedicate 5% of our annual proceeds for the Methow Valley Fund. It just feels right.
